Enhancing pillow durability and comfort

A recent study on pillow longevity revealed that consumers often replace their pillows due to flattening, lumpiness, and loss of support, which can lead to neck pain and discomfort. More than half of the respondents expressed the expectation that pillows should retain their original quality for an extended period.

To address these concerns, ADVANSA developed DACRON® Infinity, offering a longer-lasting solution compared to conventional fibres.

Superior support retention

Independent tests demonstrated that pillows filled with DACRON® Infinity retained their volume and support significantly better than other fibre-filled pillows. Even after three years of simulated use, pillows with DACRON® Infinity only lost 6% of their support, compared to up to 21% in conventional fibres.

A sustainable and eco-friendly choice

DACRON® Infinity is crafted from PET flakes sourced from recycled plastic bottles, making it an environmentally responsible choice for home textiles. This sustainable innovation:

+ Reduces landfill waste

+ Requires fewer new resources

+ Encourages responsible consumption

Key Benefits of DACRON® Infinity

+ Shape Retention – Resists flattening and maintains its original shape over time

+ High-Quality Fibre – Remains comfortable and breathable for years

+ Cost-Effective – Extends product lifespan, reducing the frequency of pillow replacements

+ Hygienic and Hypoallergenic – Ideal for individuals with sensitivities or allergies

+ Easy Maintenance – Machine washable up to 60°C and dryer-friendly

With DACRON® Infinity, ADVANSA continues to drive sustainability and innovation in the home textile industry, delivering high-performance and eco-conscious solutions that meet consumer demands for comfort, durability, and environmental responsibility.
