Faster support, shorter downtime and advanced repair capabilities: customers across Pakistan can now benefit from the Trützschler Service Station at its new location in Lahore. By combining Trützschler service expertise with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, the new facility helps spinning mills resolve technical issues more quickly and maintain reliable production.

Located directly in the center of Gulberg, Lahore, the new location brings the Trützschler Service Station and the sales agency Machpart together under one roof. Now, the Service Station offers expanded technical capabilities, including troubleshooting, repair services, technical inspections and customer support for Trützschler spinning preparation equipment. An emergency spare parts stock further helps reduce downtime by enabling the rapid replacement of components.

Professional repair standards close to the customer

Equipped with advanced testing and diagnostic equipment, the new facility allows the team to inspect, analyze, and repair electronic components to the same high standards applied throughout the global Trützschler service network.

A particular benefit for customers is Trützschler’s proactive repair approach. Rather than simply replacing a failed component, service technicians inspect related parts and assemblies for potential damage or wear. This helps identify underlying issues early and can prevent future failures, contributing to more reliable machine operation.
