Trützschler’s latest spinning and card clothing innovations at CAITME 2026

From September 8 to 10, 2026, Trützschler will present its latest innovations in spinning and card clothing for state-of-the-art fiber processing at CAITME in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Visitors are invited to meet the experts at Pavilion 2, Booth D50 and explore solutions designed to increase productivity, streamline processes, and ensure consistently high yarn quality. Key topics include the next-generation card TC 30i, the integrated draw frame IDF 3, the high-performance comber TCO 21XL as well as Trützschler Card Clothing’s new flat top series STEELTOP®.

Trützschler Spinning

At this year’s CAITME, Trützschler Spinning will showcase technologies that help spinning mills increase productivity while maintaining high quality standards and ensuring efficient processing of raw materials.

Visitors will learn how the next-generation card TC 30i and the integrated draw frame IDF 3 unlock the full potential of direct spinning. The TC 30i has already demonstrated outstanding results in customer installations around the world, delivering up to 40% higher productivity in man-made fiber applications while maintaining or even improving yarn quality. Its intelligent feature T-GO enables extremely precise carding gap settings far beyond what is achievable manually. The only proven automatic gap optimizer has successfully demonstrated its value in several thousand customer operations worldwide. The IDF 3 enables a shortened spinning preparation process for rotor and airjet applications without compromising on quality. Customer trials have demonstrated remarkable productivity gains and outstanding process stability, particularly when processing raw materials with a high proportion of short fibers. By ensuring reliable fiber guidance within its unique drafting system, the IDF 3 contributes to more homogeneous slivers, lower IPI values, and consistently high yarn quality. Together, the TC 30i and IDF 3 deliver high productivity, stable yarn parameters, and efficient processing of blends with high short fiber content or recycled materials.

The experts will also present the benefits of the TCO 21XL, Trützschler’s latest innovation in combing technology. With twelve combing heads instead of the conventional eight, the TCO 21XL increases productivity by approximately 50% while maintaining excellent sliver quality. At the same time, the machine achieves lower energy consumption per head, helping mills improve both productivity and efficiency. Equipped with the COUNT CONTROL function, the TCO 21XL further enhances quality assurance in the combing process. The result is a permanently constant sliver count for first-class yarn quality.

Trützschler’s digital solutions will also be presented at CAITME. MyMill, Trützschler’s cloud-based platform for monitoring and optimizing spinning mill operations, helps customers gain valuable production insights.

Visitors can also explore MyTrützschler, Trützschler’s digital customer platform designed to give customers easy access to information, services and support. Built around customer needs, MyTrützschler creates transparency, simplifies everyday workflows and combines digital convenience with direct access to Trützschler experts. Together, these solutions provide greater visibility, more control and efficient access to Trützschler’s growing digital ecosystem.

Trützschler Card Clothing

Manufactured entirely from high-quality steel, STEELTOP® is designed to deliver consistent performance under demanding production conditions and is particularly suitable for processing lower-grade natural and man-made fibers. Compared to conventional alternatives, STEELTOP® achieves more than double the lifetime, helping spinning mills improve long-term reliability while reducing waste and flat top replacement costs. In addition, it supports high sliver and yarn quality, with reductions in neps of up to 20% and total yarn imperfections (IPI) of up to 10%. Fully recyclable and perfectly compatible with intelligent cards, including Trützschler cards equipped with T-GO, STEELTOP® combines durability, efficiency, and sustainability in modern spinning preparation.

See you in Tashkent, Uzbekistan! CAITME 2026 offers an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas with Trützschler experts and discover technologies that help spinning mills increase productivity, improve quality, and operate more efficiently. We look forward to welcoming you at Pavilion 2, Booth D50 and discussing how the solutions can support the success of the customers.

STEELTOP®: A new benchmark in flat tops for spinning preparation

Modern carding generations achieve higher production performance, placing significantly greater stress on flat tops. Higher cylinder speeds and increased fiber density, combined with tighter carding gaps, create more demanding operating conditions. At the same time, poorer raw material quality and the increased use of recycled materials further intensify these challenges. With STEELTOP®, Trützschler introduces a new full steel flat top series developed for these demanding modern carding processes.
