SNA GZ accelerates its on-demand production strategy with Kornit Digital

SNA GZ is leveraging the Kornit Atlas MAX PLUS to expand its music merchandise production, streamline e-commerce order fulfillment, and grow its print-on-demand business across Europe. This investment increases SNA GZ's textile production capacity by 150% (2.5×), enabling the company to meet growing demand and support its continued expansion.

Kornit Digital (NASDAQ: KRNT), a global pioneer in sustainable, on-demand digital fashion and textile production technologies, today announced that leading French music merchandising specialist SNA GZ has expanded its textile production capabilities with the installation of Kornit Atlas MAX PLUS technology.

The investment comes as demand continues to rise for music merchandise, ecommerce fulfillment, and print-on-demand production across France and Europe. By increasing its textile production capacity by 150% (2.5x), SNA GZ is strengthening its ability to scale with the continued growth of its business.

SNA GZ, based in France, is part of GZ Media, the Czech-based company and the world's leading manufacturer of vinyl records. Over the years, SNA GZ has evolved into a one-stop partner for the music and entertainment industries, bringing together physical product manufacturing, merchandise production, on-demand textile printing, ecommerce logistics, and fulfillment under one roof.

Today, the company supports record labels, artists, brands, and entertainment companies with end-to-end management of their physical and e-commerce sales operations.

Expanding beyond vinyl into merchandise and ecommerce

As ecommerce reshapes how artists, record labels, and brands bring merchandise to market, preorder campaigns, lean inventory models, and on-demand production are becoming increasingly important. To keep pace with this shift, SNA GZ invested in a more agile production model, with digital textile printing giving the company the flexibility to respond quickly to demand, streamline logistics, and reduce excess inventory.

"We chose digital printing from the outset because it required less setup, eliminated minimum order quantities, and perfectly matched the evolving ecommerce and preorder models our customers were increasingly adopting," said Clément Baumelou, Managing Director at SNA GZ. "With Kornit, we're taking the next step. Beyond expanding our production capacity, this investment enables us to support the market's shift toward more agile, responsive, and on-demand business models. It fully aligns with our ambition to provide an integrated solution that combines manufacturing, merchandising, and ecommerce fulfillment."

Why SNA GZ selected Kornit

One of the key factors in the selection of Kornit technology was its integrated pretreatment process, which simplifies production workflows and reduces operational complexity. SNA GZ also highlighted the value of Kornit’s All-Inclusive Click (AIC) commercial model, allowing the company to scale production more efficiently without significant upfront capital investments while providing greater production cost predictability.

Another important factor was Kornit’s expanded color capabilities. The Atlas MAX PLUS platform enables SNA GZ to move selected productions from traditional screen-printing workflows into digital production while maintaining a significantly broader color gamut through CMYK plus Red and Green ink capabilities.

Future-readiness also played an important role in the investment decision. SNA GZ expects to upgrade to Kornit Atlas MATRIX technology in the future to expand production possibilities into polyester applications, including music merchandising, jerseys, and additional textile market opportunities.

“SNA GZ demonstrates how modern merchandise producers are combining digital production, fulfillment, and ecommerce logistics to create highly agile customer-focused manufacturing environments,” said Guy Yaniv, President Kornit Digital Europe. “Their innovative approach reflects the growing convergence of entertainment commerce, print-on-demand production, and digital textile manufacturing.”
